Manufactured in accordance with ISO-11140-4, it identifies the presence of air inside the packages, caused by failures during the air removal process or in the effective penetration of steam. The Bowie & Dick cycle should be done at temperatures of 132°C to 134°C for 3.5 to 4 minutes.
