Contains strips of Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores, impregnated on a strip of filter paper, inside a small thermoplastic culture tube. Inside this culture tube contains a sealed glass ampoule containing the culture medium and an indicator that changes color from purple to yellow when there are live spores before or after the sterilization cycle.  Negative or positive results (when the process fails) are quick and  printed on adhesive paper, unmistakable visuals, eliminating the possibility of false negatives.

Used for monitoring steam sterilization processes by air removal (pre-vacuum) at 121º - 135º C and gravity steam sterilization processes at 121º - 135º C.
